As the business continues to scale its international membership base, it is expanding its Member Experience team and is seeking a Senior Travel Manager to play a key role in delivering an exceptional, high-touch service offering, with a strong focus on travel. Job Responsibility:
Design and deliver exceptional travel itineraries and lifestyle experiences tailored to individual members
Build and manage relationships with top-tier global suppliers, including luxury hotels, resorts, private aviation, DMCs, and specialist partners
Anticipate member needs and proactively recommend meaningful opportunities that enhance both personal and professional lifestyles
Stay ahead of global travel, hospitality, and lifestyle trends to consistently exceed expectations
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to provide frontline insight and help shape future innovation
Requirements:
Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in luxury travel, hospitality, or premium lifestyle services
Passionate about creating memorable, high-impact experiences
Commercially minded, proactive, and confident working with senior, high-profile clients
