We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology-led travel and lifestyle platform that supports UHNW clients globally. As the business continues to scale its international membership base, it is expanding its Member Experience team and is seeking a Senior Travel Manager to play a key role in delivering an exceptional, high-touch service offering, with a strong focus on travel. This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious company at an early stage, working closely with the founders and product team, with genuine scope to develop into a leadership role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver exceptional travel itineraries and lifestyle experiences tailored to individual members
  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier global suppliers, including luxury hotels, resorts, private aviation, DMCs, and specialist partners
  • Anticipate member needs and proactively recommend meaningful opportunities that enhance both personal and professional lifestyles
  • Stay ahead of global travel, hospitality, and lifestyle trends to consistently exceed expectations
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to provide frontline insight and help shape future innovation
