Job Responsibility

Manage day-to-day performance of Brightstar’s carrier network across multiple transportation modes

Serve as the senior escalation point for all transportation-related decisions, exceptions, and customer-impacting issues
Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and routing guides for internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all transportation modes
Assess transportation network efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement, consolidation, and standardization
Participate in carrier business reviews, support service agreements negotiations, and implement KPIs to measure on-time delivery, cost, and quality
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to freight planning, route optimization, and cost reduction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transportation data analysis, reporting, and system enhancements
Contribute to long-term transportation planning, including readiness for future technology or system implementations
