Job Responsibility

Play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of transportation and infrastructure projects
Take ownership of roadway design and production tasks from concept through construction
Apply advanced CAD and design skills to develop roadway layouts, alignments, profiles, typical sections, and construction documents
Ensure compliance with applicable design standards, agency requirements, and project goals
Work closely with engineering staff to translate design concepts into clear, accurate, and constructible plans

Onboard and validate all transportation and dock vendors, including carriers, yard management services, and MHE providers
Serve as the on-site leader for dock, yard, and transportation execution, directing daily operations during ramp-up
