Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day transport operations and cafeteria management
  • Address operational challenges, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance
  • Monitor transport and cafeteria supplies
  • Manage supply and service contracts
  • Participate in emergency response procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
  • Monitor budgets
  • Manage vendor invoice processes
  • Validate invoices for transport services and cafeteria operations
  • Handle complex issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct routine audits of transport and cafeteria services

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Facilities operations

  • At least three to five years’ experience in facilities management

  • Solid background in team management
  • Proven experience in transport operations management, preferably across multiple locations
  • Expertise in using Transport Management Systems and automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel
  • Solid vendor management and compliance experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in Transport management or hospitality industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Language proficiency: English & Hindi
