Job Description:

This opportunity is for a Senior Training Specialist to support training delivery and content development for Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O environments. The role focuses on creating and delivering instructional content in multiple formats, including digital modules, instructor-led sessions, and interactive e-learning. The Training Specialist will work closely with business and technical users to distill complex system functionality into accessible and inclusive training materials. Responsibilities include needs analysis, curriculum design, storyboarding, and knowledge transfer throughout the training lifecycle. The position supports a transformation initiative to modernize systems and improve end-user readiness.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and deliver training tailored to Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O environments
Provide application training to both technical and non-technical users
Design and create content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and MS Office
Design inclusive, user-centered content using plain language standards
Conduct training needs assessment and prepare storyboards and digital training materials
Deliver feature demonstrations, system walk-throughs, and virtual training sessions
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (AODA)
Interpret business processes, workflows, and test cases to develop engaging instructional materials
Transfer knowledge and documentation to project team and stakeholders

Requirements:

Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE and/or F&O in business settings
Proven track record in instructional design and eLearning development
Skilled in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond
Strong facilitation and communication skills for leading interactive training sessions
Experience designing role-based training and competency-based assessments
Familiarity with AODA compliance for digital and written content
