Job Responsibility

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership over health & welfare, retirement, and compensation programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years senior-level experience in Benefits & Compensation
  • Deep ERISA, compliance, and multi-state/multi-unit knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with major HCM platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, Dayforce, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) + CBP or similar certification preferred
  • Strong Excel/Office Suite skills
  • Exceptional communication
  • Collaborative, empathetic approach
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with strong exposure to total rewards, benefits, or HR operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations practices and day-to-day HR administration
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and using systems to manage employee data and support HR processes
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and the coordination of employee programs
  • Ability to support and improve onboarding activities for new employees
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across HR and business teams
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
