Join the Lush Spa Oxford Street Management Team as a Senior Therapist. Situated in the vibrant heart of Central London, this is an exceptional time to contribute to the continued success and development of our spa business, at our London Anchor Store. As a key member of our spa management team, you will lead an exceptional group of 10 talented and experienced Spa Therapists. This unique opportunity will see you focus on the daily spa and people management operations, while consistently delivering five-star client experiences. We’re looking for a Senior Therapist who understands that people are at the heart of what we do, ensuring our space is a nurturing place for our clients and team. You will be joining a dedicated trio of spa powerhouses committed to growing the Lush Spa brand across London, This is an exciting chance to be part of the spa management in a high profile store, in a city that also feature our secondary location in Covent Garden and the Soho Spa Training Space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead an exceptional group of 10 talented and experienced Spa Therapists
  • Focus on the daily spa and people management operations
  • Consistently deliver five-star client experiences
  • Ensure our space is a nurturing place for our clients and team
  • Be part of the spa management in a high profile store

Requirements:

  • 2 years proven experience working within the spa industry and delivering exceptional luxury Spa treatments (at Lush or outside of Lush)
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments
  • Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics, experiences and products both on the shop floor and in the spa
  • Passionate about educating and empowering others through training

Nice to have:

Experience in people management and delivering training sessions is desirable but not essential
