Job Description

You will lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy for a critical Financial Markets programme, ensuring successful delivery of a new transaction reporting solution across multiple regulatory regimes. Working at the intersection of Technology, Operations, Compliance, Front Office and external vendors, you will drive testing governance, business readiness, go-live planning and stakeholder alignment in a complex, regulator-facing environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end Test Strategy covering SIT, UAT, Regression, Cutover, Go-Live and Post Go-Live validation
  • Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, business readiness and go-live governance across multiple teams and third-party vendors
  • Design and implement robust testing governance, including decision frameworks, RACI models, escalation paths and risk reporting
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Front Office and Programme Leadership to ensure regulatory and business requirements are fully validated
  • Drive programme reporting, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement throughout the testing lifecycle

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Test Manager, UAT Manager or Programme Test Lead within Financial Markets, Investment Banking or Capital Markets
  • Strong knowledge of transaction reporting, trade lifecycle, post-trade processing and regulatory change, including EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR or similar regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end UAT, business readiness, cutover planning, go-live activities and testing governance on large-scale transformation programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders while coordinating multiple vendors and delivery teams

Nice to have

Experience with Financial Markets platforms such as Broadridge, Murex, Calypso or similar transaction reporting and post-trade solutions
