Job Responsibility:
Planning and organizing all required tests for product validation within assigned projects
Independently performing complex and non-standard tests and continuously expanding the testing portfolio and team know-how
Independently preparing test reports, specifications, test plans, and standards
Creating trial tests (TR0, TR1, TR2) within project timelines defined by customers
Technical review of customer specifications and providing feedback to the customer team for quotation preparation
discussion of test conditions with customers and independent creation of internal specifications
Independent component analysis during product validation and optimization of development activities
Planning project testing capacities across all assigned projects
Ensuring cost transparency for all project-related expenses
identifying planning discrepancies at an early stage and independently initiating corrective measures
Identifying and implementing cost- and time-saving measures within the testing and development teams
Approval of test plans and release of components to customers and internal departments (e.g. component development, motor development, electronics development, calculation/simulation)
Presenting test results to customers, at internal meetings, or to other partners
Independent evaluation of test results after completion of required tests
Commissioning and monitoring of external service providers
Requirements:
University degree in a technical field (mechatronics preferred)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Experience and knowledge in project management and product development
Good knowledge of measurement and testing methods in the automotive industry
English – advanced (communicative level)
Advantage, but not required: German – intermediate level
Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
