Job Description

To Maintain records throughout the bidding process to ensure traceability in addition to reviewing Tender Documents which include Design Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Data Sheets, Calculations etc. and clearly define the scope of Project.

Job Responsibility

  • Review the tender summary report and make site visits to study access, availability of utilities, etc…. to prepare site visit report
  • Participate in preparing Clarifications & queries
  • Break down for project items and estimating project direct cost
  • Follow up on quotations received from vendors, suppliers &sub-contractors &review comparison sheet for rates provided by them
  • Review the quantity survey from drawings
  • Attend the Clarification Meetings with the owner of the project. (if required)
  • Prepare & follow up ISO documents to ensure that they match ISO Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in same role not less than 5 years
  • Bachelor of Engineering & Excellent English
  • AutoCAD
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Strong Negotiation & attention to details skills
  • Communication &Presentation Skills
