Job Responsibility

  • Part of an EPCI modification project, contributing to the delivery of telecom engineering within a multidisciplinary environment
  • telecom system engineering, including execution and coordination of technical procurement activities (PRE)
  • preparation of MTOs, requisitions, and installation job cards
  • development of functional design solutions within your discipline and in collaboration with other disciplines
  • preparation of engineering documentation, including termination and loop design
  • system registration of tagged items
  • providing input and support to other disciplines
  • coordination and collaboration with suppliers and client representatives
  • participation in onshore and offshore surveys
  • support during commissioning and as-built engineering

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from the oil and gas industry, preferably from projects in Norway
  • Higher technical education (technical college, BSc, MSc, or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry practices
  • Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
  • A collaborative mindset with good teamwork skills, combined with flexibility, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
