Job Description

The Senior Technology Solutions Sales Specialist at NTT DATA is responsible for driving sales success by identifying new opportunities and presenting innovative solutions to clients. This role requires strong sales skills, business acumen, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Sales is required, along with industry sales certifications. The position offers a hybrid work environment and emphasizes collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities, primarily from a selection of existing accounts
  • Presenting innovative solutions and comprehensive value propositions that meet our clients' unique needs
  • Partnering closely with the Client Management team and other internal teams to land qualified leads
  • Generating your own pipeline and opportunities within your assigned client base
  • Addressing technical challenges during the sales process
  • Engaging directly with clients, uncovering their business goals, and crafting solutions that deliver value
  • Supporting the pre-sales process by collaborating with pre-sales architects to design the best solutions
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients at various levels
  • Preparing and conducting engaging workshops and presentations
  • Keeping up with the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Developing and maintaining clear account plans, identifying and acting on new sales opportunities within accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to track and manage the scope of work and proposals
