Job Responsibility:
Identifying and pursuing new opportunities, primarily from a selection of existing accounts
Presenting innovative solutions and comprehensive value propositions that meet our clients' unique needs
Partnering closely with the Client Management team and other internal teams to land qualified leads
Generating your own pipeline and opportunities within your assigned client base
Addressing technical challenges during the sales process
Engaging directly with clients, uncovering their business goals, and crafting solutions that deliver value
Supporting the pre-sales process by collaborating with pre-sales architects to design the best solutions
Building and nurturing relationships with clients at various levels
Preparing and conducting engaging workshops and presentations
Keeping up with the competitive landscape and market trends
Developing and maintaining clear account plans, identifying and acting on new sales opportunities within accounts
Collaborating with internal teams to track and manage the scope of work and proposals
Utilizing sales methodologies and tools, continually checking in with primary points of contact and ensuring stakeholder buy-in
Requirements:
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals
Proficiency in delivering engaging sales presentations and working effectively in a team-selling environment
In-depth knowledge of competitors with the ability to apply successful sales strategies
Attention to maintaining accurate sales forecasts and close plans
Strong business acumen and seasoned sales solution capabilities
The ability to build and maintain meaningful customer relationships, including at senior leadership levels
A client-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills to find the best-fit solutions
