This role is primarily accountable for technology and cybersecurity risk, covering digital infrastructure, cloud services, systems, and incident response, with data protection and regulatory compliance as closely connected areas. The postholder leads proactive risk management while also taking charge when incidents occur—coordinating rapid response, containment, and recovery, and ensuring lessons learned are embedded to strengthen future resilience. Working across teams, regions, and functions, the role brings consistency and clarity to how technology and data risks are identified, managed, and escalated.
