Job Description:

The IT Project Sr Tech Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in their field. Accountable for direct business results and significant technical strategy responsibility. Works on complex technology projects, resource planning, and provides innovative solutions for challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Provides IT strategic direction for projects managed including developing detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
exercises influence over team budget, policy formulation and planning
has significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards
provides expertise in projects managed and demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership
directly impacts the business through contribution to technical direction and strategic decisions for IT Project Leadership
influences and negotiates with senior leaders
utilizes comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology to achieve technology objectives
responsible for resource management and allocation of work
provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
appropriately assesses risk and ensures compliance with laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

10+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
excellent communication skills
developed communication and diplomacy skills
ability to guide, influence and convince others
strong understanding of IT project leadership principles
ability to assess risk and demonstrate ethical judgment
resource management and allocation experience
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
