Job Description

As a Senior Technology Partner Manager at Storyblok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with the product team to manage the roadmap for ecosystem integrations, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Your strategic insights and relationship management skills will be critical in prioritising and nurturing tech partner relationships based on market alignment and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) match. Additionally, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of account mapping tools in collaboration with partner operations, driving internal engagement and maximising sales opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the product team to manage and prioritise the roadmap for ecosystem integrations
  • Advocate for integration priorities based on business requirements and market trends
  • Ensure alignment of integration efforts with overall business objectives
  • Develop and execute strategies to prioritise tech partner relationships based on market alignment and ICP match
  • Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
  • Identify mutual sales opportunities with shared agency partners
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of account mapping tools in collaboration with partner operations
  • Drive engagement and usage of account mapping tools within internal sales teams
  • Monitor and analyze data from account mapping tools to optimize partner strategies and sales funnels
  • Plan, own, and execute demonstrations of Storyblok’s unique value proposition to new and existing technology partners
  • Sell through partner organizations to new customers in coordination with partner sales resources
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Ensure partner compliance with the Storyblok partner program and agreement

Requirements

  • 8 - 10 years of work experience in SaaS partner management
  • Experience in account mapping and planning
  • Capable of both hands-on execution and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and networking skills
  • Sales and business development acumen
  • Demonstrate strong internal and external collaboration skills
  • Ability to drive plans across multiple stakeholders (incl. Sales, marketing and sales engineering)
  • Strong desire to work in a coaching capacity within channel sales to deliver partner agency success and participate in a fast-growing company
