Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced technology delivery professional to lead complex initiatives for markets-related platforms across the APAC region. The role focuses on coordinating delivery across business users, operations, and technology teams, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, with quality, and aligned to regulatory and operational requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end technology change delivery, from requirements definition through implementation and release
  • Work closely with business users and operations teams to understand functional needs and translate them into deliverable outcomes
  • Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams to ensure smooth execution and integration
  • Maintain a strong understanding of downstream processing flows and operational dependencies
  • Develop and manage delivery plans, estimates, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, and gaps, and proactively drive resolution
  • Oversee functional testing and support user validation activities
