Job Description:

Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant in the Strategy & Planning Execution department as part of Commercial Banking, providing user acceptance testing and industry leadership to the Customer Due Diligence Tools program within Commercial Banking in support of BSA/AML policy standards

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate end-to-end UAT validations in complex Software Development Lifecycle environment
Create and execute testing plans, testing cases, and test scripts
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for business problems
Contribute to development of systems and procedures
Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges
Partner with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions
Act as internal consultant within technology and business groups
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues
Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Working experience as a UAT Analyst and UAT Coordinator
Working experience in End-to-End UAT coordination
Working experience creating project plans, project schedules, and executive level presentations
Working experience in an Agile development environment and with Agile project methodologies
Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
Personal dedication and strong work ethic
Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze business requirements
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Octane, QC/ALM
Experience with creating automation test cases/scripts based on business requirements
