Job Description:

Release Leader responsible for coordinating cross-product production releases and supporting product development teams in adopting agile and product-centric practices. Partners with product teams to plan and execute software releases, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Involves navigating dependencies, resolving impediments, and mitigating risks across the product line.

Job Responsibility:

Provide thought leadership to maintain customer centricity and facilitate continuous improvement activities
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals to enhance transparency, resolve issues, and foster team empowerment
Plan and facilitate cross-product/internal product quarterly planning sessions
Support product line management team in connecting activities to bring working software into production
Ensure transparency and clarity across the product on synchronization of release events
Partner with product manager and technology groups to mitigate risk
Communicate frequently with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement
Assist delivery/release roles in understanding and adhering to Enterprise requirements
Assist in ensuring compliance, SDLC and ECM/change management efforts are understood and adopted

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Technical Project Management experience
3+ years of requirement traceability, release planning, and release management experience in Agile SDLC environment
Tool experience in Jira, Confluence and Service Now
Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) experience
Excellent Communication skills with multiple levels of leadership
Stakeholder Relationship Management
