Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant within the Core Banking Group as part of Consumer Technology. In this role, you will support the delivery of complex technology solutions by partnering closely with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, execute testing strategies, and ensure high quality outcomes across core banking platforms. You will contribute hands on expertise in system testing and validation for Hogan and integrated downstream systems, helping to ensure compliance, risk management, and production readiness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work efforts while collaborating across cross functional teams such as Technology teams, UAT Testing team, Zafin teams, and enterprise partners. You will help identify defects, support root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and solution quality. You will also support the training and development of coworkers through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
