We are seeking a seasoned Technology Business Partner to act as a strategic bridge between business leaders and technology teams. In this role, you will ensure that technology investments, platforms, and services are tightly aligned with organizational priorities and long‑term strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong business insight with a deep understanding of technology delivery. You will advocate for business needs, shape technology roadmaps, guide investment decisions, and help translate complex challenges into practical, value‑driven solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals, operational challenges, and emerging opportunities
Ensure technology initiatives, applications, and services are aligned with strategic objectives and mission goals
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on technology capabilities, risks, and tradeoffs
Maintain deep knowledge of assigned application and technology portfolios
Assess how current systems support business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Contribute to investment roadmaps and modernization strategies that balance near-term needs with long-term sustainability
Conduct technology assessments to evaluate potential solutions and initiatives
Develop business cases outlining costs, benefits, risks, implementation approaches, and organizational impact
Recommend technology options that address both present requirements and future scalability
Work closely with technology delivery teams, business units, and operations to ensure solutions meet expectations
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
Foster strong partnerships across departments to enable coordinated decision-making and execution
Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
Support contract negotiations, renewals, cost management, and risk evaluation
Ensure external solutions and services effectively support business priorities
Help guide initiatives through planning, implementation, and adoption
Support organizational change by aligning stakeholders and communicating impacts clearly
Monitor outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to ensure value realization
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in roles such as technology partnership, business analysis, project or program management, enterprise transformation, or related disciplines
At least 3 years of experience working closely with technology teams on complex initiatives
Proven ability to advise senior leaders by deeply understanding both business needs and technology options
Strong experience managing multiple complex or high-priority initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with vendor management and full-lifecycle oversight of third-party relationships
Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern technology delivery models
Background in highly regulated, operationally critical, or risk-sensitive environments
Experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives
