Optimizely is looking for a world-class Senior Technology Partner Manager Americas, who's passionate about building high-value relationships to establish the partnerships strategy and improve execution for Optimizely. You will become a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of Technology Partners through demonstrations of a deep understanding of their business and the market opportunity, displaying competence in various business management disciplines, helping your partners build a successful and sustainable business delivering end customer solutions incorporate the Optimizely platform and services. This role will support Optimizely’s Global Technology Partner Program's overall success driving joint GTM (Go to Market) and Sell-With success for a portfolio of Optimizely's Technology Partners. This position is a fast-paced, rich opportunity for someone to take their experience to the next level. As the Senior Technology Partner Manager you will hold a holistic view of the business generated by your partners and will work across both the Go to Market Organization to enhance and grow partner related Optimizely revenue reporting into Global Vice President of Technology Partnerships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate and accelerate Optimizely pipeline in the short term while building long-term partnerships to drive future growth
  • Develop business plans and growth strategies with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive mutual customer growth and revenue
  • Train and facilitate partner sales and solution specialists on how to position and co-sell Optimizely
  • Coordinate joint marketing and lead generation activities with partner marketing
  • Keep partners updated on sales resources, changes and new product developments
  • Manage partner pipelines and work with the sales team to ensure partner sales execution against leads
  • Work with the Optimizely sales team as the partner "expert" to optimize joint sales efforts
  • Focus is on establishing and maintaining the sell-with execution plan with a set of Technology Partners and helping ensure that collaborative business growth metrics are reached
  • Drive towards the end-customer value that results in business growth to both Technology Partners and Optimizely by being partner-centric in all activities, serving as a leader and advocate for them within Optimizely, and accurately representing Optimizely within the partner's organization

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of work experience in business development, product management, and sales
  • Experience working with C-level decision-makers and strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers and partner network
  • Expertise in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated experience building new business plans, working with multiple stakeholders, including direct and channel marketing, product management and account management teams
  • Experience implementing effective joint GTM programs for ISV technology partners, including joint sales enablement, demand generation, lead tracking, deal registration and joint sales reporting
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
