Lead the end-to-end deployment, development, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom workflows, plug-ins, and complex integrations
Conduct business process workshops to translate requirements into functional documents, user stories, and wireframes with a focus on UX and accessibility
Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications, ensuring solutions are user-friendly and prioritize out-of-the-box functionality to minimize complexity
Manage the full implementation lifecycle, encompassing data migration, entity model design, unit testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads to conduct design reviews, mentor team members, and uplift overall development standards and practices
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior D365 Developer and 3 years as a Techno-Functional Consultant
Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and implementing Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) processes
Proven ability to build modular solutions using managed solutions and experience with GIT and Azure DevOps
Strong technical knowledge of Power Automate, Cloud Flows, Power BI, and Unified Client Interface (Canvas) apps
Demonstrated expertise in incorporating User Experience (UX) principles and ensuring solutions meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
Tertiary in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information System or relevant
