Job Responsibility:
Manage all engineering and technical services, including inspections and quality management of MEPF equipment such as UPS, generators, plumbing and drainage systems, power distribution systems, and fire services
Develop and implement building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification, accuracy of work methods, and reliability of systems
Conduct daily checks on essential equipment to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times
Ensure all ad-hoc and preventive maintenance works are carried out efficiently and within the required timeframe
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities according to the planned schedule
Escort and supervise third-party vendors and landlords during routine maintenance service
Report on shift duties, including overnight shifts, as required. Remain on standby 24x7 for emergency call-outs and promptly report to client premises in Hong Kong
Coordinate appropriate actions for rectification, including preliminary analysis of faults and alarm incidents
Implement and manage risk and safety work practices to mitigate the risk of service interruptions to client operations
Coordinate with Building Managers and Business Units on project-related issues
Collaborate with building operations teams to establish and maintain best maintenance standards and practices
Work closely with the Engineering Manager to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP)
Ensure all safety procedures, including crisis management, business continuity, and emergency procedures, are maintained at all times
Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations regarding fire, health, and safety standards
Ensure that service delivery teams and on-site contractors complete a Health and Safety Induction prior to deployment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, incidents, and repairs. Prepare and submit regular reports to management and clients as required
Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure availability for maintenance tasks
Requirements:
Holder of Higher Cert/Higher Diploma/Degree or above in Building, Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Management with minimum 5 years’ experience in related discipline
Holder of Registered Electrical Workers(Grade A or above) is must
Knowledge of MVAC system, Fire system, Plumbing and Drainage system, Electrical system and BMS system
Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
Strong PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring system
5 working days per week on shift
Nice to have:
Has experience in CRAC, UPS, Chiller plant or Critical Equipment/Data Center operations is preferable
