Job Responsibility:
Develop, manage, and deliver high-quality written content under tight deadlines in a fast-moving software development environment
Attention to detail must drive you, making sure that content is clear and accurate, while conveying the proper voice while adhering to our internal style guide
Part of this role is constantly advocating for our customers, finding the seams in customer experience before our users do
An ideal candidate is a highly organized person who is experienced in running documentation projects and who enjoys cross-functional work
Requirements:
Minimum of seven years technical writing, ideally with time in SaaS products
Demonstrated ability to write well-crafted, easy-to-consume documentation
Experience writing release notes or similar documentation
UI copy editing experience (or a desire to expand your skills in this area)
Experience building reports in JIRA or similar project-management tools
Knack for identifying the key objectives of task-oriented content
Excellent communication skills and writing capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively
Follow an established style guide and work with editors to create the best possible documentation
