Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and launch comprehensive training curricula for advanced machine control installation and technical troubleshooting across the Specialty portfolio, including Roadworks and Marine Construction
  • Spearhead training needs analysis to identify critical skill gaps and craft tailored, virtual, and in-person learning journeys that ensure high levels of trainee confidence
  • Manage and innovate the hardware and site infrastructure used for hands-on training, including heavy machinery and the digital Learn.trimble.com ecosystem
  • Lead large-scale technical presentations, translating complex positioning and modeling data into engaging, high-impact sessions for diverse global audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on hardware and software improvements, ensuring our technology remains at the cutting edge of the industry

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role specifically focused on Trimble civil construction products or equivalent heavy equipment technology
  • Deep domain knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven expertise in training methodologies with a track record of delivering high-quality instructional content
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and control complex training initiatives using tools like JIRA or Agile
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical findings clearly to both internal and external stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Hands-on expertise with Earthworks, Roadworks, Groundworks, or Trimble Marine Construction systems
  • Proficiency with instructional design software such as Docebo, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Google Vids
  • A bachelor's degree or professional certification in technical training or organizational development
