Join us as a Senior Technical Support Officer in our Hair and Beauty Department! You will lead, supervise and work with the team of technical supervisors, ensuring that the work is allocated equally and the demands of the department are met. As a highly engaged and motivated Senior Technical Support Officer, you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Relevant level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of the relevant curriculum area
  • Ability to perform a senior technical support role contributing to effective learning and supporting technicians within the hair and beauty department
  • Provide physical, technical and administrative support
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English and Maths at a Level 2 or equivalent
