Job Responsibility:
Own the top-of-funnel recruitment process—sourcing, engaging, and nurturing top talent to ensure a seamless transition to recruiter screening
Lead strategic talent mapping to understand industry trends, the competitive landscape, and where to find top talent
Become a trusted expert in role requirements and deeply understand how each position drives business impact
Leverage a mix of sourcing techniques and creative strategies to build a steady pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, providing insight into our culture, mission, and work—helping candidates determine if we’re the right fit for them
Requirements:
4+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical domains
Confidence in engaging passive talent at all levels with a knack for turning cold outreach into impactful connections
Strong relationship-building skills
A collaborative mindset with the adaptability to pivot and contribute across multiple hiring needs
A data-driven approach to talent acquisition, leveraging insights to optimize sourcing and drive hiring success
