We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us grow Langfuse and ClickHouse as we propel forward as a world-class, real-time data warehouse. We are seeking a recruiting professional who has hired for software engineering roles at a fast-growing start-up SaaS company. This person should have a passion for partnering with Cofounders and business leaders, and a genuine love for providing an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal person is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they get a significant amount of autonomy and ownership.
Job Responsibility:
Full life-cycle recruiting of software engineers, product designers, Go To Market, and support engineering roles primarily based in Germany and EMEA
partner directly with Langfuse Cofounders and ClickHouse leaders to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics
act as a consultant in hiring processes, leveraging the ATS, market awareness, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc.
identify, engage and secure top talent candidates (both passive and active)
develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition
maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS to enable us to make informed decisions for improvement
schedule virtual interviews and onsite interviews in Berlin
move candidates through their interviewing process in a timely manner, while remaining their point of contact for any questions
negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates
provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates
coordinate onsite events and hiring meetups in Berlin
partner with People Team colleagues to balance needs of the hiring managers with the overall Human Resources best practices for the company

Requirements:
5+ years of corporate/in-house recruiting experience
at least 2 years recruiting for software engineering roles
experience partnering with, educating, and aligning hiring teams
experience with Greenhouse or Ashby Recruiting ATS
end-to-end candidate lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Start-Up experience is required
