Job Description:

Atlassian is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join the India R&D Recruiting team. The position involves managing all parts of the recruitment lifecycle, driving candidate pipelines, branding the company as an employer of choice, and guiding hiring manager relationships in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Be a partner to senior hiring leaders and support them hire best-in-class talent in technology
partner with other recruiters and recruiting leaders to bring a holistic hiring picture to the leaders you support
influence recruitment strategy by using market data and metrics to educate hiring leaders on best practices
identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions to improve the recruiting team
contribute or lead programs driving innovations in the recruiting organization

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience as a technology recruiter
at least 4 years of experience hiring for global software organisation as an in-house recruiter
excellent communication skills
corporate recruiting experience within the technology sector
a background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape for software recruiting in India
ability to manage large candidate pipelines across crafts while maintaining a high-quality experience
experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions through complex sourcing and hiring processes
consultative approach with hiring manager communities
focus on building balanced teams
comfortable acting as the face of Atlassian
