Procurify is looking for a collaborative, agile, and process-oriented person who is passionate about building world-class teams. This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility to extend or transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our R&D and Technology teams.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles across R&D and Technology departments
Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn and niche networks to maintain a high-quality pipeline
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Heads of Engineering to define role requirements, design interview rubrics, and provide data-driven insights on the talent market
Occasionally support GTM and Operations hiring initiatives based on business needs
Maintain high data integrity within our ATS (Ashby), ensuring all candidate communications and stages are updated in real-time
Act as a brand ambassador for Procurify, ensuring every candidate has a positive, transparent, and high-touch experience regardless of the outcome
Support adhoc People Team projects to enhance team efficiency and internal culture initiatives
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in technical recruiting or technical sourcing, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
Must have experience sourcing and hiring R&D / technical roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, Data, or Product Engineering
Strong hands-on sourcing expertise (not inbound-only) with deep experience in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
Solid understanding of modern engineering roles, tech stacks, and hiring requirements
Experience partnering directly with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, or Heads of Engineering
Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment
Strong candidate communication skills and ability to deliver a high-quality candidate experience
Maintains a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining Procurify to reflect their new role
Nice to have:
Previous experience with Ashby or a similar modern ATS is preferred
People Generalist experience or a background supporting broader HR initiatives is preferred
Experience or active experimentation with AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment workflows
Recruitment Agency experience is nice to have, bringing a high sense of urgency and sourcing discipline
