Job Responsibility

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of complex technical roles, using creative strategies to attract and engage top talent
Design and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, translating hiring requirements into targeted candidate profiles
Collaborate with the recruitment team to strengthen our talent pool research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions
Ensure data integrity and leverage data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions
Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the global recruitment team, HR, Compensation, and Talent Branding

Job Responsibility
