We're looking for an experienced recruiter who'll be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to deliver on Meta’s hiring goals, focusing on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple, complex searches, designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for each role
Talent Research & Market Intelligence: Partner with recruiting team members to advance our talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis capabilities, continuously refining our research strategy
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand and fulfill their hiring needs and goals
Pipeline & Data Management: Regularly monitor pipeline activity, ensure data integrity, and proactively communicate data-driven updates to internal stakeholders
Project Leadership: Facilitate and lead meetings, key initiatives, and projects with client groups and recruiting teams to drive continuous improvement and scalability in recruiting operations and outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain smooth relationships with management and key cross-functional partners, including Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and other related people teams
Offer Management: Oversee the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting productivity and efficiency, leveraging GenAI and other advanced tools where available
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, compensation, immigration, business operations) to ensure smooth and compliant hiring processes
Requirements:
12+ years proven experience recruiting for highly technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Demonstrated success managing complex searches and delivering against aggressive hiring targets
Solid sourcing skills, including experience with advanced search techniques and tools
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive decisions
Experience with recruiting tools
Rich understanding of the technical talent market and trends
Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and influencing and driving towards results
Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
APAC regional hiring expertise
Technical hiring background, preferred AI / specialized software engineering
Nice to have:
Prior experience recruiting for Meta or other top-tier tech companies
Experience with global recruiting and navigating immigration processes
Familiarity with GenAI and other recruiting automation tools
