PagerDuty is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter who is looking for a working style that offers autonomy, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a distributed, public SaaS organization operating in highly competitive markets around the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and G&A business leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop strategies
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates
  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through a fast-paced, high-stakes interview process
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes
  • Serve as a culture ambassador
  • See internal AI tools as a competitive advantage
  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical and G&A talent
  • Screen and assess candidates for role fit
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and drive results
  • Use data and feedback to adapt quickly
  • Represent PagerDuty’s values and culture

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and assess candidates for grit, resilience, and long-term potential in changing environments
  • Experience working in competitive markets where adaptability and perseverance are key
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of influencing and partnering with senior leaders
  • Data-driven, growth mindset, with the ability to learn from setbacks and continuously improve
