Job Responsibility

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of complex technical roles, using creative strategies to attract and engage top talent
Design and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, translating hiring requirements into targeted candidate profiles
Collaborate with the recruitment team to strengthen our talent pool research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions
Ensure data integrity and leverage data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions

Job Responsibility

Full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing)
Develop relationships with the Software Engineering team to collaborate during the hiring process
Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Software Engineering Organization
Strategize and develop unique ways to engage top talent: Use strategic platforms and creative engagement strategies to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates (IC, Manager+)
Manage a full cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and managing the interview schedule
Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse)
