Job Description:

Atlassian is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is fully remote but requires you to be located in Poland. You will manage all parts of the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, branding us as an employer of choice, running an efficient hiring process and guiding hiring manager relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various complex roles
Design and implement comprehensive sourcing plans
Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance our talent pool research strategy, market mapping, and competitive analysis
Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Actively participate in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
Demonstrate data integrity and use data to influence hiring decisions
Build and sustain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional teams internally

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
Experience in recruiting in the polish market & other markets across EMEA
Consultative and customer-focused approach with hiring managers
Deep experience finding information and unafraid to ask questions
Experience elevating your team and working collaboratively with others
Understanding and curiosity about the software industry
Experience using data to support your market insights
Passion for DEI hiring
