We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis and drive the growth of our North American teams, specifically in our San Francisco office. Job Responsibility

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with the teams to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for our Tech and Product teams
  • Proactively spot and engage top talent through creative sourcing techniques, cultivate strong connections with candidates, and ensure a positive hiring experience through clear communication and support
  • Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies while fostering an inclusive hiring process that values diverse perspectives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
  • Multiply your experience and knowledge working closely with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Technical Recruitment
  • expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data focused roles preferred
  • Passionate about Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market
  • Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool
