Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who will own end-to-end project delivery, lead our delivery team, and grow into a Delivery Leadership role. You will be the single point of accountability for 3-5 concurrent client projects, ranging from mobile apps and enterprise web applications. You will lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and QA engineers. You will own client relationships, project profitability, and delivery quality. You will work directly with the founders and have full authority to make project decisions, manage your team, and shape our delivery process as we scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead 3-5 concurrent projects from kickoff to closure
  • Run Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, sprint demos
  • Create project plans, sprint backlogs, and manage tickets
  • Track project health — timeline, budget, quality — and report weekly to leadership
  • Anticipate risks and blockers, escalate proactively before they become problems
  • Manage team capacity, allocations, and resolve resource conflicts
  • Conduct discovery workshops with clients to gather and refine requirements
  • Create high-quality BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and flow diagrams
  • Define acceptance criteria and partner with QA on test scenarios
  • Document change requests with impact analysis (timeline, cost, scope)
  • Drive UAT planning and client sign-off
  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Conduct weekly status calls, demos, and milestone reviews
  • Available for client communication during agreed business hours (flexibility for international clients)
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead a team of 5-8 cross-functional members (developers, designers, QA)
  • Conduct 1-on-1s, mentor team on Agile practices, and develop their careers
  • Resolve team conflicts and maintain team morale
  • Build and refine internal delivery processes (SOPs, templates, checklists)
  • Drive adoption of new tools and methodologies (including AI-assisted documentation)
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives — hiring, training, quality improvements

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of hands-on project management experience in IT services
  • Track record of delivering at least 10+ mid-to-large projects (web, mobile, or both)
  • Experience managing offshore-onshore distributed teams
  • International client exposure (US, Middle East, Europe preferred)
  • PMP or PMI-ACP Certified
