Job Description:

A world-leading provider of transport solutions with the purpose of driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system. The job involves managing problem-solving efforts within the organization, ensuring long-term resolution of issues, and maintaining stakeholder communications.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze event trends, identifying recurring events, and prioritizing problem-solving
Strive and implement effective solutions, working closely with the R&D workflow to lead the team through problem-solving
Maintain an overview of all events, update their status, and keep stakeholders informed of progress
Convey the investigation results to the responsible engineer in cases of complex deviations
Cross-functional solutions to these issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above
More than 5 years of work experience
English as the working language
