To power our next wave of growth, the HLS Chief Operating Office (COO) is building a new foundation for predictable, high-quality, secure, and accountable product delivery. We’re looking for an exceptional Product Planning Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the design and rollout of a unified product planning and release management ecosystem — one that connects strategy to execution and ensures we’re building the right things, at the right time, the right way. This is a career-defining opportunity to architect how product and engineering teams across HLS plan, prioritize, and deliver innovation in the AI era. You’ll drive consistency and operational excellence, bringing clarity and transparency to how we build, launch, and scale products that matter. You’ll work within the COO but operate across every corner of the business — collaborating with product management, engineering, marketing, compliance, and Microsoft partner organizations. You’ll influence leaders, orchestrate alignment, and help transform how HLS operates to win the market with confidence.
