Job Description:

The Mastercard Cross Border Services program (part of the Product and Engineering) team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager. The candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives level projects across multiple teams and managing complex dependencies within Mastercard. The candidate will also be responsible for driving projects from the planning phase through production deployment and customer onboarding, ensuring necessary run operations are in place with a strong emphasis on program governance and reporting, using agile (scrum) and SAFe methodologies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive and champion transformational change in end-to-end product delivery process
  • Operate autonomously and provide clarity in undefined business strategies
  • Lead and nurture a team of Technical Program Managers/Engineers
  • Spearhead development of large-scale enterprise technical programs
  • Lead, organize, and optimize work processes

  • Technical program manager experience
