Senior Technical Program Manager

The Excel team is building an AI agent that enables every customer to work with spreadsheets like an expert, combining their understanding of their domain and task with Copilot's ability to build powerful workbooks that are tailored to their exact needs and preferences, solving real world problems that once took hours in minutes. Excel is critical to customers in myriad industries and in myriad contexts, and our agent must support a wide range of domains, tailored to the needs of the diverse users. In this role as a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll enable us to work with customers and partners to acquire the necessary tools and data to tailor our agent to each of those scenarios, working hand-in-hand with users to understand exactly what high quality spreadsheets look like, and translating that knowledge into rapid improvements in the agent and its capabilities.
