Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative PMO team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and creative marketing, supporting high-impact initiatives .The ideal candidate is a strong servant-leader with deep agile expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex, data-driven programs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple departments and stakeholder groups
Ensure teams meet commitments by driving effective planning, execution, and delivery
Foster collaboration, communication, and alignment across teams with competing priorities
Promote and evangelize consistent agile and portfolio management best practices
Identify, surface, and remove impediments impacting team velocity and delivery
Serve as a servant-leader, cultivating healthy team dynamics and high levels of agility and self-organization
Provide end-to-end program management support to drive initiatives to successful completion
Communicate program and project status to a broad audience, including senior and executive leadership
Support agile planning processes across multiple teams within the PMO

Requirements:

7+ years of experience as an Agile Program Manager in a technical or analytical environment
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required
(PMI-ACP, CSP, SAFe, or similar certifications preferred)
Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies with a proven record of improving team productivity
Experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO) delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and bridge technical and business teams
Experience working across multiple time zones and diverse stakeholder groups
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and making thoughtful decisions with limited data
