Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within complex software environments
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end technical programmes across cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in managing project roadmaps, dependencies, and RAID logs
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for engineering and product teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present programme health and trade-offs to executive leadership
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
  • Experience coordinating release planning, testing, and go-live readiness in distributed or complex systems
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive consensus across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
