Job Description:

Technical Program Manager role within Consumer Data Platform, driving large projects spanning technology and business organizations. Accountable for planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to data technology products from inception to completion. Works with engineering teams to deliver advanced data analytics solutions for personalization, targeting, insights and decisions at scale.

Job Responsibility:

Orchestrating the work of 2-3 Consumer Data Platform scrum teams
Partnering with product owners to ensure team understands work and value
Partnering with engineering leads on solution architecture and work breakdown
Creating believable and achievable plans based on engineering work
Orchestrating execution across sprints to ship features on time
Being the scrum master for the team
Ensuring solutions are compliant with SDLC process artifacts
Keeping technical debt in check
Cultivating operational excellence
Operating successfully in ambiguous environments
Clearly communicating upward and outward
Being a continuous learner

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (preferably computer science) or equivalent experience
7+ years of software engineering, data engineering, data analytics, or business intelligence development experience
3-5 years of project/program management experience working directly with data and analytics technical teams
Total experience required: 15+ years
Strong experience in planning, estimating and execution using lean-agile techniques
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Understanding of one or more data and cloud platforms – Big Data/Hadoop/Spark, Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, Tableau, data ingestion tools like Abnitio and cloud technologies like Snowflake, AWS
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to motivate and drive collaborative effort
Interpersonal skills including relationship building
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
