Our team delivers secure, compliant, and mission critical AI services that power the U.S. government and national security community. You’ll join a group that blends customer obsessed product thinking with deep technical rigor to deliver reliable, scalable AI capabilities in highly regulated environments. Your work helps agencies adopt advanced AI safely, efficiently, and with clarity—bridging real world mission needs and Microsoft’s cloud scale innovation. As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will own execution across multiple areas, driving clarity, alignment, and technical progress across engineering and partner teams. You will shape program direction through data informed insights, define success metrics, reduce ambiguity, and ensure on time, high quality delivery. You will also engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure program outcomes reflect real user needs and business objectives.
