Translate Technical Impact: Communicate program status and outcomes to senior leadership, effectively translating complex technical details into clear business impact
Empower Product Decisions: Provide Product Management with reliable delivery forecasts and visibility into technical constraints to enable informed roadmapping and customer commitments
Foster Engineering Culture: Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement, helping to build a culture of transparency, accountability, and delivery excellence

Familiarity with value-based care models, ACO programs, or healthcare data standards
Experience utilizing AI-enabled development tools to accelerate engineering velocity and planning
Experience working with distributed teams or managing programs across multiple time zones
