Senior Technical Program Manager - Red Team

The Microsoft Red Team (MRT)’s mission is to emulate real-world and next-generation adversaries by identifying security vulnerabilities across Microsoft’s systems, products, and services—before they are exploited. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own Risk Management for the Microsoft Red Team. You will support a global team to ensure all findings identified by MRT’s core functions are tracked and fed into the broader risk management programs across Microsoft. You will be responsible for analyzing MRT’s portfolio of disclosed findings and collaborating with technical SMEs to derive deep insights into top risk areas and support conversations with executive leadership and stakeholders.
