Senior Technical Program Manager - Product Development

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Product Development team in Dublin. The role is offered as a hybrid position with 2 to 3 days per week onsite in our Sandyford, Dublin office. We aim high and consistently achieve our goals, driven by collaboration, agility, and the strategic use of technology. We drive some of the most complex, cross-product initiatives whilst managing dependencies and projects that span the entire company. As part of building and strengthening our Product Development PMO, we are looking for someone who comes directly from a product development environment and who is comfortable navigating across very different engineering contexts—hardware, embedded software, and cloud connected applications. The ideal profile is highly adaptable, able to tailor processes and frameworks to teams with varying levels of maturity. This person will help shape, implement, and evolve ways of working across the organisation to best support our development teams.
