Job Description:

Glean is seeking an experienced Billing Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional programs across billing, invoicing, payments, and revenue operations at Glean. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Finance, RevOps, and GTM, owning multi-quarter initiatives that evolve how we monetize Glean.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and drive end-to-end technical programs across the Billing & Revenue domain
  • Translate business strategy into concrete technical roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans
  • Build and maintain program source-of-truth artifacts
  • Act as the central connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, RevOps, Sales, Legal, and Support for all things billing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or closely related role
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS or product engineering environment
  • Strong technical depth: comfortable working with distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and systems integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to impose structure on ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with one or more of: usage-based / consumption billing, multi-entity or multi-currency billing, tax engines, or complex customer hierarchies
  • Background working closely with Finance, Accounting, and RevOps on revenue recognition, financial close, and compliance needs
  • Familiarity with tools in the quote-to-cash ecosystem
  • Prior experience at an early- or growth-stage startup where you’ve helped build billing capabilities from relatively early maturity
