Senior Technical Program Manager - App Store Operations

We’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who will drive the programs and policies that ensure Roku’s Channel Store remains the most trusted and engaging destination for streaming content. This role combines technical program leadership, operational excellence, and policy governance to strengthen platform quality, scalability, and compliance. You will design and execute scalable audit programs, define data-driven enforcement processes, and collaborate with engineering and product leaders to enhance the integrity and performance of the Roku platform. This is a highly visible role requiring both technical depth and strong stakeholder influence across engineering, business, and partner ecosystems.
